Digital Nerve Centre have released a great PowerApps sample,  it’s all about the HR Onboarding. Something that for sure makes a lot of sense to create in PowerApps.

This examples uses SharePoint Lists as the DataSource, PowerApps to make the application and Flow to take care of the onboarding flow.
